How often should I repaint my home's exterior?
In Colorado, most homes need exterior repainting every 5–10 years, depending on factors like material type and exposure to harsh weather conditions. Homes with more sun, wind, or moisture exposure may need a fresh coat sooner, while well protected exteriors can often go longer.
What type of paint do you use?
We use high quality, durable paints from Sherwin Williams, specifically formulated for exterior surfaces and tailored to withstand Colorado’s unique climate conditions. This ensures a beautiful, long lasting finish that protects your home year around.
How long does the exterior painting process take?
Once your quote is approved and the deposit is placed, we’ll schedule your project for the next available slot in our production calendar. The painting process generally takes 1–2 weeks, depending on weather conditions and our current schedule. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way!
Do I need to be home during the painting process?
You don’t need to be home during the prep and painting stages. We just ask for access to the exterior and that pets and personal items are safely secured.
Once the job is complete, we’ll schedule a final walk through with you to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the results.
How do you ensure the paint lasts?
We prioritize longevity through meticulous prep work, top quality paints, and expert application techniques. Each coat is applied according to the manufacturer’s specifications, ensuring a durable, lasting finish that stands up to the elements.
